  • March 17, 2025: HB452 passed from the House to the Senate. DarkSky Maryland submitted information to bill sponsors on how luminaires in the DarkSky Approved Program can be used to satisfy the conditions of the bill using standard market products.   • March 25, 2025: HB452 was heard by the Senate and passed onto the Governor for signing.
